Tricky post positions for Derby favorites

The top two choices in the Kentucky Derby on Saturday have 'em surrounded. Lookin At Lucky, the favorite, drew the rail, and Sidney's Candy, the second choice, drew the outside post in a field of 20 when post positions were drawn on Wednesday for Derby 136 at Churchill Downs.

Thoughts from Target Field in Minnesota

I never thought I would be "that guy" blogging from a live baseball game. However, it is 64 degrees and the Red Sox are here for the last time this season. Gameday Consultants is on hand to see Wakefield's knuckleball. I may have just seen a web gem from Marco Scuturo. Look for it on ESPN cause you will not see better range from another shortstop all year.

Wakefield's fastball was just clocked at 73 MPH....no wonder the Twins just took a 1-0 lead. He looks pretty darn good for a 43 year old pitcher though.

Who the hell is Bill Hall and why is he in CF for the Red Sox? He hasn't fielded a ball cleanly all day.  We are going into the 6th inning and I gotta say I am completely in love with this stadium.

Lariano is pitching a great game for the Twins. Low pitch count and lots of ground balls. Couldn't ask for more from a starter. If they could only give him some run support...5 strikeouts so far and has retired 11 straight.

Ok well that is all for now...I am headed up to do some live promo work in the booth. Twins look strong today.

And they're off...

Live from the Masters

Really!

I have been attending the Masters since 2005 and this one was by far the most thrilling.  Even without a playoff or dark horse champion, there were moments that won’t be forgotten.  I cannot recall more impressive shots made in any major tournament in the last 20 years.  From hole in ones, to back to back eagles, Augusta National had all the right ingredients for a spectacular sporting event

“Really!”, seems like the fitting word for the entire weekend.

Phil Mickelson hitting a golf ball in the rough through the trees, clearing Ray’s creek by only 2 feet and landing the ball 4 feet from the pin….”Really!”

Tom Watson at 60 years young going low on his first round to be a top the leader board and finishing under par for the championship….”Really!”

Tiger Woods make a statement at his press conference Monday about controlling his “emotions” which lasted for the first 2 holes and then he let f-bombs fly like he was performing a skit on Eddie Murphy’s Raw (the TV only caught a few moments…there were a lot more)….”Really”!

Freddy Couples at 50 years old, a member of the senior tour, with a bad back and has played only a hand full of tournaments this year, nearly finding a green jacket on his shoulder for the 2nd time….”Really!”

If you have never been inside the gates of Augusta National on the 2nd week of April, then last week’s spectacular show should tell you, that you REALLY have to go.

Can’t wait till next year!!

Baseball season is upon us...

and if you're betting on it, put your money with Gameday Consultants. We are killing it in baseball thanks to having pro scouts giving us the very latest information from various squads. So far, this has resulted in a consecutive win streak that we couldn't have dreamed of. Sometimes you have to lay the chalk to make money...but if the intel tells us it's a lock, we have to pass it along.

These picks are 100% guaranteed. If you sign up for a year, and we go less than 60% for the year, we will reimburse you the cost.

First Blog

Gameday Consultants is formed by ex-athletes and current handicappers who saw a glaring flaw in the way handicapping businesses are currently run. How many times do you see a handicapper claim he went 83% last month in a particular sport? How can you verify that? Only after you pay a fee do you realize the handicapper is no better than the average gambler.

Gameday Consultants was formed with the core purpose of providing only our 5 star picks, while providing 100% transparency with our track record.

Another way in which we separate ourselves from the competition is that there is not just one handicapper for all the different sports. We have a staff of over ten ex-athletes and handicappers that analyze all the games daily and only our consensus picks are given to our Clients. These associates live all over the U.S. that allows us to gather real-time information in various markets.

Currently we have associates in Philadelphia, Miami, Las Vegas and California. Some are ex-athletes from various colleges around the nation with intimate knowledge of the “behind the scenes” activity that can sometimes be the difference in a win or a loss. Other associates are seasoned veterans from various sportsbooks in Las Vegas and Offshore.

Our money management system is how we become partners with the investor. By providing our Clients a sound financial game plan on how to wager with our picks, we can ensure that not one game is going to make or break your bankroll.

In closing, let me welcome you to Gameday Consultants. We look forward to building your trust and becoming a partner with you for many years to come. Please visit our website and check us out. www.gamedayconsultantsinc.com
